I was a heavy cigarette smoker for more than 61 years before I switched to BluCigs, which I have been using for 1-1/2 years now. Am VERY satisfied with this product and also with your service to me as a customer. I've completely kicked my cigarette habit and all the tar and bad chemicals associated with it. My lungs are much healthier. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!

17 bucks for a 5 cartridge refill kit of menthol that tastes like cob webs, I thought I would give blu a try now I am sorry I did. I will go grab some e juice from the smoke shop and stick with that lucky for you guys I was out. blu is all fancy marketing, overpriced, and horrible quality. the cartridges are old and dried out because nobody can afford to buy them and the fact its in a flimsy sealed pack that isn't even airtight, don't even bother.

Not a smoker, this comment is about your tv ads. The man in the ad looks worn and weathered, not appealing. They the script saying "we are all adults here, time to take back our freedom" is nonsense. The problem remains that is someone is inhaling and then blowing the vapors out, that smoker is pushing his air at those around him. That is fine is no one else is around, but not in public. Second, the woman that does your commercial looks spastic, who wants to look like that! Smoking is a choice and that is fine as long as others who do not smoke do not have to breath the 2nd hand, germ filled results.

Does anyone in this company understand the meaning of the words "Accountability and Customer Service"?
I wrote to you the other day regarding your product which I purchased at Walgreens. The product is defective and Walgreens asked to contact you directly, which I did. More than 72 hours have passed and I have not even received an acknowledgement that you received my correspondence via your facebook page. What do i need to do, contact Lorillard directly? I can go ahead and call the executive communications department, everyone in their Ivory tower and the board for the h*** of it since you basically are motivating me to do so. I would a response to the message I sent last week and a resolution to the issues that i addressed.
