Does anyone in this company understand the meaning of the words Accountability and Customer Service ? I wrote to you the other day regarding your product which I purchased at Walgreens. The product is defective and Walgreens asked to contact you directly, which I did. More than 72 hours have passed and I have not even received an acknowledgement that you received my correspondence via your facebook page. What do i need to do, contact Lorillard directly? I can go ahead and call the executive communications department, everyone in their Ivory tower and the board for the h*** of it since you basically are motivating me to do so. I would a response to the message I sent last week and a resolution to the issues that i addressed. Thank you
