Damen Avenue - Wicker Park for Boo- Palooza And all over Wicker Park for Trick-or- Treat 2013 Boo -palooza is a celebration of Halloween and the fall season with activities in the Park and around the Wicker Park neighborhood for all ages. Organizations from all over the city participate in this festival and educational event.The event features costume contests for children and dogs with prizes, numerous games for children and dogs, performances, story tellers, face painting, The Magic Boat Puppet Show, a pumpkin patch and pumpkin decorating, community tables and more. This is from 10:00 a.m- 2:00 p.m Then after come and have all the kiddos come out for Trick-or-Treat 2013 from Noon- 4 pm, all around Wicker Park.
