I recently purchased a mechanical mod, and I was looking to get a rebuildable atomizer. The shop I usually go to does not come close to the variety and selection of products and juices that ecig emporium has. Brandon immediately greeted me and asked if there was anything he could help me with. I explained my situation to him, and he followed up with breaking down the different types of RBA's that they carry, as well as the differences in specs and prices. I did not feel pressured or swayed to purchase anything, he gave me the information and let me decide what to do. He was also very enthusiastic, and he had a lot of knowledge when it came to vapes. They have tons of flavors to try, but I knew which one I already wanted, so I didn't really try out any of the other flavors they carry. He rang me out for the RBA and the juice (CRFT: Trail Mix), and built my coil free of charge. He was genuinely nice, which I was pleased with. I observed his interactions with other customers, and it went the same for every single person that came into the store. He seemed to remember their purchases and he asked how everything was working out for them. After building the coil for me, he showed me how to use it correctly and gave me some pointers on how to keep it running smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience, and they definitely earned my business as a repeat customer. Thank you guys for your excellent customer service.
